Apple brie cheese
A slice of brie cheese about 150 g;
2 sheets phyllo pastry sheets (grocery store freezer department);
1 red apple;
2 cups (500ml) applesauce.
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven at 350ºF (180ºC).
2- Cut the phyllo pastes in two to obtain 4 pieces.
3- Cover each slice of brie cheese with phyllo pastry sheet to make little bundles.
4- Bake in oven 350ºF (180ºC) about 20 minutes.
5- Place every bundle on a plate and pour applesauce around the brie cheese.
6- Slice the apple very thin and place them on top of the brie cheese.
7- Serve with a green salad.
