Maple syrup apples
6 apples peeled and cored;
2 tbsp (30ml) butter;
1 cup (250ml) maple syrup;
Vanilla ice cream.
Preparation
Preaheat oven at 350ºF (180ºC).
Display in a oven dish.
Put butter on each apple and sprinkle with maple syrup in the dish.
Bake in oven until apples are tender (about 45 minutes or less) regarding
size of apples.
Basting often with maple syrup in oven dish.
Serve hot with ice cream.
