Apple sauce

2.2lbs (1kg) apples peeled,cored and sliced in big chunks;
½ cup (125ml) fresh apple juice;
2 tbsdp (30gr) sugar;
1 tsp (5gr) vanilla;
¼ tsp (1gr) cinnamon or nutmeg.

Preparation

On hight heat, bring to boil fresh apple juices. Cook with the hot apple juice 12 minutes, cover. Do not mix. After 12 minutes, add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon or nutmeg. Mix until the sugar is melted. Poor quickly into sterelized jars.
